Our Ethics

Larsen Manufacturing employees are responsible for conducting all affairs with uncompromising truth and integrity. In our opinion, there is no difference between business ethics and those of a personal nature. The highest standard applies to both and must be adhered to accordingly for the good of all involved.

Larsen associates are expected to be honest and ethical in dealing with their team members, customers, vendors, and all third parties. Larsen employees represent the Larsen Brand and the company as a whole, which means maintaining ethical criteria in everything they do.

Our Vision

Larsen’s vision is to be the most trusted provider of precision metal manufacturing and technologies. We achieve this by partnering hand-in-hand with our customers to build long-lasting strategic relationships, delivering unparalleled quality, ingenuity, and value excellence.

Our Vision

Vertical Integration

Everything from Concept to Distribution

Larsen Tella is positioned to provide complete service to the metal manufacturing industry.

Because we have the capabilities for any requirement, our customers can rely on a single point of contact to take a project from start to finish.

This one-stop shop approach is a benefit to customers, who no longer need to deal with multiple resources or micro-manage every aspect of the process. We can not only service the client fully, but also supply efficiencies, reduce costs, and cut down on delivery and transportation delays.

By taking direct ownership of various stages of the production process, instead of outsourcing, Larsen Tella is able to streamline its operations with a greater gain to our partners.
